When you purchase books from our site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly from BookFunnel which is used by thousands of authors to share their work and deliver more than 2 million digital books every month. eBooks can be read on tablets, smartphones and on apps including Kindle and Apple Books. Audiobooks can be listened to on BookFunnel app, can stream on any device through its cloud player, or listen through DRM-free MP3 downloads.

Digital goods will be shipped to the email address provided by the purchaser. Please check this email address as well as your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your email within 3 minutes.

Print books are dispatched by second class post within 3 working days to the address provided.

If you receive damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order. Please notify us within 30 days of your order.

For physical goods you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
